I do not understand what is happening with my dream. This year I sleep 14-18 hours a day ... I think I have something in common with bears. Haha

Right now I can't remember how old you are, but around the age of 25 a lot of people will experience a change in among other the body's hormones and metabolism and since you are not eating meat, you might need to have a look at what you use as supplements to make up for the absence of meat in your diet, it is after all quite a long list of vitamins, minerals and proteins you need to get from other sources, so it could be a matter of changing how much you need to take / consume, might be worth looking into 😉

Honestly I don't worry in general, you have been doing it for a long time, so I am sure you know what you are doing at this point, the risks are mostly in the beginning, where people have no clue about how to go about it correctly 😉
Anyway, the reason I brought it up in this case is that, if I am not mistaken, you are in the closing phase of the teen biology (mid twenties) and it is going to affect your body's nutritional needs (as it does everyone) and not eating meat basically just makes it a little more of a balancing act, but not so much as it is a problem, you just have to be mindful of it 🙂
